2026 Customized Practicum/Internship

Open to anyone age 19+ interested in missions, and eager to observe how their interests and skills might be used for God’s glory cross-culturally. 
Each internship is uniquely tailored to the participant’s skills, field of interest, and calling - whether that includes evangelism, children’s ministry, counseling, sports outreach, music, media, or other specialized areas. Interns are paired with Biblical Ministries missionaries who provide ongoing mentorship, helping them understand the realities of serving Christ in a different culture while equipping them with practical ministry skills.
The internship duration can range from three to ten weeks, depending on the needs of the ministry and the availability of the participant. Beyond the daily ministry responsibilities, interns will learn how missionaries build relationships, adapt to cultural differences, and creatively advance the gospel in diverse environments. By the end of their journey, each intern will return home with a clearer sense of how God may be leading them, strengthened by meaningful connections and transformed by the privilege of seeing His work firsthand!

Camp Spearhead

Founded in 1968, Camp Spearhead is an environment of unconditional acceptance that provides children and adults with special needs the opportunity to build friendships and participate in high-energy adventures like zip-lining and canoeing.
